How can I book a limousine service in Milan?
Fill in the online booking form with your date, desired service and transfer details. You will receive confirmation within 2 business hours via email. Alternatively, write to office@limo-service-milan.com.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For special events such as Fashion Week, weddings or large groups, we recommend at least 2 weeks' notice. For urgent requests, contact us directly: our service is available 24/7.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer and cash payment on board. For corporate clients and hotel partners, we offer centralised monthly invoicing.
Can I cancel or modify a booking?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the service. Modifications (time, destination, vehicle) can be made up to 6 hours before, subject to availability. For further details, please see our Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer services for groups or events?
