How far in advance should I book for an event?
For large-scale events we recommend at least 2–4 weeks in advance to guarantee full fleet availability. For smaller events, 48 hours may suffice.
Can you coordinate transport across multiple venues simultaneously?
Absolutely. Our coordinator manages the fleet in real time and can handle multiple simultaneous pick-ups and drop-offs at different locations throughout the city.
Do you offer single invoicing for the entire event?
Yes, we offer centralised invoicing with a detailed report of all services provided: routes, times, vehicles deployed, kilometres driven. Ideal for corporate expense reporting.
