Terms and Conditions

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between Cavallino Nero Milano S.r.l. (hereinafter "the Company"), with registered office at Via Montenapoleone 8, 20121 Milan, Italy, and the customer (hereinafter "the Client") who requests and/or uses the chauffeured car hire (NCC) services offered by the Company.

Booking a service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services Offered

The Company offers the following chauffeured car hire services:

  • Airport transfers (Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio).
  • Hourly chauffeur service.
  • Intercity and international transfers.
  • Event, wedding and ceremony transport.
  • Bespoke tours and experiences (Lake Como, Franciacorta, Fashion Week).
  • Group transport with minivan, minibus and grand touring coach.

3. Booking

Bookings may be made via the online form on the website, by email to office@limo-service-milan.com, or by telephone.

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation (email or message) from the Company containing the service details and quotation.

The Company undertakes to respond to every booking request within 2 business hours.

4. Rates and Payment

Rates are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The quotation provided at the time of confirmation is binding, subject to any changes requested by the Client after confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Advance bank transfer.
  • Cash (for services below the threshold set by current legislation).
  • Corporate invoicing (by prior arrangement).

For services exceeding €500, the Company reserves the right to request a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

The Client may cancel or modify the booking under the following conditions:

  • More than 48 hours before the service: free cancellation with full refund of any deposits paid.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the service: cancellation fee of 30% of the service value.
  • Less than 24 hours before the service: cancellation fee of 50% of the service value.
  • No-show: charge of 100% of the service value.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a service due to force majeure (extreme weather conditions, health emergencies, road closures, etc.), with a full refund to the Client.

6. Waiting Times

For airport transfers, a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the actual flight landing (monitored in real time) is included. For all other services, the complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes from the agreed time. Beyond this, a surcharge of €1.00 per minute will apply.

7. Liability

The Company undertakes to ensure the highest level of professionalism, punctuality and safety in the delivery of its services. All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Company is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road accidents, adverse weather conditions or force majeure.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left on board the vehicle, unless proven negligence by the chauffeur.
  • Delays or cancellations of flights, trains or other transport services affecting the booked service.

The Company's liability is in any event limited to the value of the booked service.

8. On-Board Conduct

The Client agrees to:

  • Behave respectfully towards the chauffeur and the vehicle.
  • Refrain from smoking on board the vehicles.
  • Not transport illegal or dangerous substances.
  • Comply with applicable seatbelt regulations.

Any damage caused by the Client to the vehicle during the service will be charged to the Client.

9. Data Protection

The processing of the Client's personal data is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
